Instructor may use the Dropbox in UCNLearn for assignment submissions.
How do I submit my assignment in UCNLearn?
- Navigate to the course in UCNLearn
- Click Assessments
- Click Dropbox
- Select the assignment title that you are submitting an assignment for
- Upload the file
- Click Add
- Make sure to click Submit to complete the process
About assignment (Dropbox) and reviewing feedback.
NOTE: In UCNLearn Assessments > Dropbox is the assignments folder.
Where do I find my courses?
As long as you are registered, click on the waffle to search for your courses.
I have clicked on the 'waffle' and my courses still do not appear.
Please contact Enrolment Services to verify that your registration has been processed.

Where do I find my username?
Once you are a UCN student you will need to use the ClaimID process to get your username and set your password.
You will need your student ID number which can be found on correspondence you received from UCN.
Click here to ClaimID or use this link to reset your password.
or Click "Forgot your password" on the login screen.
I know my username but I still can't login.
Make sure that you are not using '@myucn.ca' in the username.

Restart your computer
Log back into to UCNLearn
Continue with your quiz/test/exam.
NOTE: The timer will continue to run so make sure that you notify your instructor so that they are aware you had an issue.
Where do I find my test?
Once logged into UCNLearn:
Click on the course that you will be writing the test in
A list of available quizzes should appear: The quiz will have a title, its availability, the number of attempts completed/allowed.

My internet browser froze in the middle of my test, what do I do?
- Right click on the tab that you see the test questions on
- Click ‘duplicate tab’
